William is an associate director at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has 14 years of experience practicing corporate finance in the UK and North America, including four years as a leader of the industrial and business services sectors in Western Canada. William is an expert in a range of industrial manufacturing and distribution sectors, as well as construction and professional services. His transaction experience includes the sales of He-Man Dual Controls to Lagercrantz; Morgan Motors to InvestIndustrial; Bush & Company to NAHL PLC; Weldability Sif to Indutrade; and the entire Fund 1 portfolio of KV Capital to TriWest Capital.

William studied applied physics at the University of Bath (BSc) and civil & environmental engineering at Imperial College London (MEng).
