Henri Rosenberg

Associate Director

Henri is an associate director at Oaklins Finland. With many years of experience advising on M&A transactions and providing other services in the financial sector, he has particular expertise in the IT and construction industries, and several product and service sectors.

Before joining Oaklins, Henri worked as an advisor on large real estate transactions for international real estate investor clients in the Newsec capital markets team as well as at Nordic Growth Oy in corporate M&A. He has a master’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Vaasa.
