Vidur is an associate director at Oaklins TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He has completed numerous transactions and advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors, public companies, and family and founder-owned businesses across a range of industries. He has significant experience in the industrial, business services and consumer sectors. Notable recent transactions include AccessSMT’s divestiture of its wholesale distribution operations, Arran Isle Limited’s sale of LaSalle Bristol to Patrick Industries (NasdaqGS: PATK), Brewster Home Fashion’s recapitalization with Industrial Opportunity Partners, Buckner HeavyLift Cranes’ recapitalization with Markel, C.B. Fleet’s sale to Gryphon Investors, Consolidated Glass’ divestiture of NASG, Ferrellgas Partners’ (NYSE: FGP) divestiture of Blue Rhino Global Sourcing, GMD PharmaSolutions’ sale to McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK), Naumann Hobbs’ sale to CenterGate Capital, NutriFresh’s structured capital investment from Trive Capital, Robert Allen’s merger with Duralee and Snavely Forest Products’ sale to Weekes.

Vidur joined the firm in 2013. He has a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a concentration in finance, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
