Proxima Intressenter AB has acquired Vårdcentralen Östertull AB

Proxima Intressenter AB (Proxima), a Swedish medical care provider, has acquired the healthcare center Vårdcentralen Östertull AB (Östertull) for US$3 million.

Proxima is a private healthcare group owned by CapMan, active within primary healthcare, diagnostics and specialist healthcare. This transaction is the fourth in a series of acquisitions following the company's strategy to grow the business.

Östertull, situated in Norrköping, has been privately operated since 2003 and concentrates on health promotion and preventive care.

Oaklins' team in Sweden acted as advisor to the buyer in this transaction.
