Proxima Intressenter AB has acquired Vårdcentralen Östertull AB
February 2011 — Proxima Intressenter AB (Proxima), a Swedish medical care provider, has acquired the healthcare center Vårdcentralen Östertull AB (Östertull) for US$3 million.
Proxima is a private healthcare group owned by CapMan, active within primary healthcare, diagnostics and specialist healthcare. This transaction is the fourth in a series of acquisitions following the company's strategy to grow the business.
Östertull, situated in Norrköping, has been privately operated since 2003 and concentrates on health promotion and preventive care.
