The management team has acquired Titan Airways

The management team of Titan Airways, through its parent company, Hagondale Ltd, have carried out a partial buyout. The deal consolidates ownership of the company in the hands of the founding management team, and provides an opportunity for its private equity backer to realize its investment. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Titan Airways is a leading UK charter airline, specializing in VIP and corporate travel as well as airline sub-charter and aircraft leasing.

Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, advised the buyer in this transaction.
