Michel Design Works has been acquired by Stonewall Kitchen
The founder and owner of Michel Design Works Ltd. has sold the company to Stonewall Kitchen, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity.
Headquartered in Katonah, New York, Michel Design Works is a leading omni-channel lifestyle brand specializing in bath and body products, fragrances, home décor and gifts. The company sells its products through a wide array of independent retailers, national accounts, as well as direct-to-consumer through its own website and via Amazon.
Stonewall Kitchen is the premier specialty food and home goods platform in North America, home to a family of premium quality brands, including Vermont Coffee Company, Urban Accents, Village Candle, Tillen Farms, Napa Valley Naturals, Montebello, Vermont Village and Legal Sea Foods.
