Ecosun Expert has been acquired by TSG Group
The successful acquisition of Ecosun Expert by TSG Group has been completed.
Ecosun Expert offers comprehensive engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for solar power plants, from design through to commissioning. Specializing in the development, engineering, construction, financing and maintenance of photovoltaic solutions for roofs, ground installations and facades, the company provides solar electricity to industries, optimizes agricultural yields with agrivoltaic solutions and develops or rehabilitates land. It also installs solar canopies on parking lots and other structures. Ecosun Expert primarily operates in the Grand Est region of northeastern France.
TSG is a European leader in technical services for responsible mobility solutions, offering a one-stop shop with innovative energy and retail solutions. The company’s overall revenues have exceeded US$1.15 billion (€1.1 billion), and for the first time, its activities in technical services for new energies in mobility accounted for a third of that amount. Launched in 2023 and reinforced by acquisitions, TSG’s revenues from solar energy solutions are expected to reach around US$209 million (€200 million). This rapid growth is a testament to TSG’s successful strategy of combining strategic add-on acquisitions in key geographical areas across Europe with the capacity to develop in-house expertise, successfully fostering organic growth. The significant development of TSG’s solar energy segment aligns with the group’s key objective of offering integrated electrical solutions and continuously strengthening its multi-energy and multi-service offerings.
