Through the transaction, Dan Group Alarm Syd enters into a new partnership with Triton Partners, positioning the company for its next phase of growth. As part of Varna Security, Dan Group Alarm Syd will continue to operate independently, retaining its entrepreneurial culture and close customer relationships, while gaining access to capital, resources and strategic support to accelerate expansion.
Dan Group Alarm Syd, based in Næstved, Denmark, is a leading full-service provider of subscription-based security solutions for business customers. The company delivers integrated, end-to-end solutions covering installation, monitoring, service and maintenance, acting as a single point of contact for clients across commercial, industrial and public sectors. The business has established a strong market position through long-term customer relationships and a scalable subscription-based model.
Varna Security, backed by Triton Partners, is a Nordic group specializing in perimeter protection and technical security. The company focuses on the installation, service and maintenance of physical perimeter protection, access control and surveillance solutions for medium- and high-security sites across public infrastructure, industry and commercial real estate.
