The shareholders of Scaled Composites, LLC have sold the company to Northrop Grumman Corporation for an undisclosed consideration.
Scaled Composites is an aerospace and specialty composites development company located in Mojave, California, with broad experience in vehicle design, tooling and manufacturing; specialty composite structure design, analysis and fabrication; and developmental flight test.
Northrop Grumman Corporation is a leading global security company providing innovative systems, products and solutions in unmanned systems, cyber, C4ISR, and logistics and modernization to government and commercial customers worldwide.
Oaklins' aerospace & defense specialist team in California served as the exclusive financial advisor to Scaled Composites' shareholders in this transaction.
