Hybrid Apparel have acquired Fox Head, Inc.

In a complex three-way recapitalization transaction, Hybrid Apparel, Altamont Capital Partners and the Fox family teamed up to invest in a newly formed entity that owns the operations of Fox Head Inc. and Hybrid Apparel. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Founded in 1997 and based in Cypress, California, Hybrid Apparel is a leading supplier of branded, licensed and private label apparel. The company is vertically integrated, with a core expertise in sourcing and supply chain management. Hybrid is a low cost, high quality leader in its space and has formed key private label partnerships with Levi’s, Reebok, and Disney, among others. Hybrid Apparel sells its products to retailers such as Wal-Mart, Sears, Sam’s Club, Kohl’s and JC Penney’s.

Fox Head, Inc. is an iconic brand in the motocross apparel and accessories industry.
