Axion Games Limited has sold an 8% stake to Radiant Venture Capital

The shareholders of Axion Games Limited, based in China, have sold a 8% stake in the company to Radiant Venture Capital for an undisclosed consideration.

Axion Games Limited is a developer of high quality online games with advanced 3D, graphics for mobile, PC, and console platforms. Since inception, the company has worked on multiple major global game titles developing game assets, ranging from 3D character models to game level modules. Recently, Axion Games Limited began to shift its focus to proprietary game development.

Radiant Venture Capital focuses on investing in and supporting top-tier start-up and early-stage technology companies. The firm invests primarily in Israel and China.

Oaklins' team in Hong Kong advised the seller in transaction.
