Roberts Tool Company Inc., based in southern California, has aquired M-Tron Manufacturing from its shareholders. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Roberts Tool Company, Inc. provides precision machining solutions for the aerospace, commercial, and entertainment industries. It offers manifolds, pistons/shafts, scraper rings, casting/forging products, machine parts, and turbine components; and development, assembly, and grinding services.
M-Tron Manufacturing is an AS 9100 certified complex, ultra precise and vertically integrated machine and EDM machine part manufacturer.
