The private shareholder of Automotive Electronic Solutions (AES) has sold the company to Repairify Holdings, Inc. for an undisclosed consideration.

AES is a provider of remote diagnostic solutions and services to the collision industry. With over 110 years of combined experience in automotive electronics, the company provides its clients with quality repair services and remanufactured control modules.

Repairify Holdings, Inc. is a holding company focused on investments in the automotive industry.
