Main Metal Recycling has been acquired by Trademark Metals Recycling

Jim Pope, the owner of Main Metal Recycling, has sold the company to Trademark Metals Recycling for an undisclosed consideration.

Main Metal Recycling purchases and imports scrap metal from manufacturers, contractors and individuals. For over 60 years, the company has served the needs of the local community recycling scrap electronics, aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel and steel. Main Metal Recycling continues to grow and add services to support its customer’s needs. A steel yard was added in 2012.

Trademark Metals Recycling is the largest full-service scrap metal recycling facility in Florida. With 23 locations, the company buys end-of-life automobiles and scrap metal in all shapes, sizes, weights and ages.
