RSI Home Products has been acquired by American Woodmark Corporation
Ron Simon, the owner of RSI Home Products (RSI), has sold the company to American Woodmark Corporation.
RSI Home Products (RSI) is one of the largest manufacturers of bath and kitchen cabinetry in the US. The company was founded in 1989 to compete in the market for stock bath cabinets and countertops distributed through home centers and focused almost exclusively on this category during the home centers’ store growth over the past two decades. More recently, the company has expanded its product line to include made-to-order bath products, home organization products and kitchen cabinets and started selling higher-end products through the home builder and dealer channel.
American Woodmark Corporation manufactures and distributes bath, kitchen and home organization products for the remodeling and new home construction markets. Its products are sold on a national basis directly to home centers, major builders and through a network of independent distributors. The company presently operates 18 manufacturing facilities and 7 service centers across the country.
