Parker Hannifin Corporation has sold its United Aircraft Products Division to Triumph Group, Inc. Financial details have not been disclosed.
United Aircraft Products provides heat exchange and thermal transfer systems and components for temperature control in fuel, lubrication, hydraulic, environmental and related systems in aerospace, commercial, and military sectors. It offers plate-fin heat exchangers, tubular heat exchangers, tanks and reservoirs, liquid cooling systems, high-temperature bleed air and ECS air heat exchangers, and electronic cooling systems and components.
Triumph Group designs, engineers, manufactures, repairs and overhauls a broad portfolio of aviation and industrial components, accessories, sub-assemblies, systems and aircraft structures. Its offerings include aircraft and engine-mounted accessory drives, thermal control systems and components, cockpit control levers, hydraulic systems, landing gear actuation systems, control system valve bodies, electronic engine controls, fuel pumps and flight controls.
Parker Hannifin Corporation manufactures and sells motion and control technologies and systems for various industrial and aerospace markets worldwide. The company operates in two segments, diversified industrial and aerospace systems. The aerospace systems segment offers products for use in commercial and military airframe and engine programs, including control actuation systems and components, engine systems, fluid conveyance systems, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, lubrication components, pneumatic control components, power conditioning and management systems.
