Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope®, Inc. (Oldcastle) has sold its Toronto-based fenestration subcontracting business unit, Antamex International, Inc. (Antamex), to O3 Industries LLC.

Antamex is a provider of custom high-performance unitized glass façade solutions and engineering design services for commercial, institutional, high-end residential and mixed-use projects across North America.

O3 Industries is a private investment firm based in New York City.

Oldcastle, part of the Building Products Division of CRH plc (ISE:CRG), is a premier supplier of glazing-focused interior and exterior products, including architectural glass, metal, engineered systems and glazing hardware and supplies.

One of Oaklins’ teams in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller in this transaction.
