Naumann Hobbs Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of HCI Equity Partners, has received an investment from CenterGate Capital.

Founded in 1949, Naumann Hobbs provides a robust portfolio of forklifts and related equipment, as well as comprehensive maintenance services to a wide customer base across the Southwestern United States. Additionally, Naumann Hobbs provides warehouse systems integration solutions nationwide.

Based in Austin, Texas, CenterGate Capital is a private equity firm that intends to work with the management team to execute on its growth plan.

One of Oaklins’ teams in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to Naumann Hobbs Holdings, Inc. in this transaction.
