Mud Pie, LLC has completed its debt recapitalization with senior secured credit facilities provided by Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group and an asset-based revolving credit facility provided by Truist Bank.
Mud Pie is a leading designer, marketer, wholesaler and online retailer of branded gifts, décor, accessories and apparel for women and children.
One of Oaklins’ teams in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to Mud Pie, LLC. This is the third transaction which the team has completed for Mud Pie, preceded by a 2010 equity recapitalization with Lineage Capital and a 2015 leveraged recapitalization with SunTrust Bank (now Truist Bank) and Fifth Third Bank.
