The Railroad Associates Corporation has been acquired by American Track Services
The founder and owner of The Railroad Associates Corporation (TRAC) has sold the company to American Track Services.
TRAC offers a full suite of railway and railyard services for industrial customers from design, construction and expansion to recurring maintenance & repair, safety training, emergency response and inspection. TRAC delivers services through a hybrid, scalable model that leverage a highly vetted and closely managed network of service partners in conjunction with its own self-perform resources to provide national service coverage.
American Track Services, a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners, is a leading national provider of inspection, maintenance, repair and specialized construction services for industrial railroad infrastructure.
Oaklins TM Capital in the US served as the exclusive financial advisor to The Railroad Associates Corporation.
