CID Capital has sold ProSource, LLC to Blue Sea Capital.
With seven branches across North and South Carolina, ProSource is a value-added distributor of plumbing, bathroom, kitchen, lighting and related products serving the residential new construction and repair and remodel markets. ProSource serves a highly recurring and diverse customer base of plumbers, contractors, interior designers and end consumers who rely on the company as a critical partner providing consultative sales and rapid fulfillment.
Blue Sea Capital is a private equity firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida, that partners with growth-oriented, lower-middle-market companies.
CID Capital, based in Indiana, is a private equity group that makes control investments in high-quality, lower-middle-market companies that have shown a consistent track record of success.
Oaklins TM Capital in the US served as the exclusive financial advisor to ProSource, LLC, a portfolio company of CID Capital, in its sale to Blue Sea Capital.
