Parties
“CID was the right partner at the right time for ProSource. The initiatives we executed, including a CEO succession and accretive acquisition, had the business well-prepared for a meaningful exit event. Oaklins TM Capital was the perfect partner to achieve the objectives of shareholders and management – identifying the best partner for ProSource’s new stage of life – and we would gladly work with them in the future.”

Eric Bruun and Cory Heck
