India’s agrichemical business PI Industries has acquired UK-listed Plant Health Care, a specialist in protein and peptide technology for agricultural applications.

The company is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of agrochemicals, operating through two segments; agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. PI offers services, such as research and development services, CSM services and distribution services.
