Navigation Capital Partners Inc. has acquired Specialized Tech. Services, Inc.
Navigation Capital Partners (NCP) has acquired Specialized Technical Services, Inc. (STS), a utility services provider, for an undisclosed consideration.
NCP, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, teamed with an executive-in-residence to build an industry leading platform in the intelligent infrastructure sector.
STS provides a range of utility asset management solutions, including contract meter reading, meter change-outs, retrofits and related data management services.
One of Oaklins' teams in the USA assisted NCP in acquiring STS, the first in a series of acquisitions in support of NCP’s initiative to build an industry-leading provider of field and data management services to utilities.
