Lyons HR has acquired The Hancock Management Group
Lyons HR, a leading provider of human resource services, has acquired the assets of The Hancock Management Group for US$3 million.
Lyons HR provides human resource outsourcing services, staffing, direct hire, contract IT and HR consulting services. The company was founded in 1995 and has provided approximately 3,000 employees to over 200 small business clients. This acquisition creates new opportunities for Lyons HR by adding strong industry experienced staff, enhanced technology and back office systems as well as adding new markets and increasing the customer base.
The Hancock Management Group provides professional human resource outsourcing services to approximately 90 privately owned operating business under annual contracts.
