Navigation Capital Partners Inc. has acquired LEPService, Inc.
Navigation Capital Partners (NCP), an Atlanta-based private equity firm, has acquired LEPService, Inc. for an undisclosed consideration.
Established in 1992, LEPService provides metering, SCADA, communications and data management services for the electric utility industry throughout the southeastern of the USA.
One of Oaklins' teams in the USA assisted NCP in identifying and completing multiple strategic acquisitions which have built its market presence in the smart grid services space. This is the second transaction completed to support NCP's initiative to build an industry-leading smart grid services and technology solutions platform.
