Centiv Services, LLC has been acquired by The Riverside Company
The shareholders of Centiv Services, LLC (Centiv), a leading marketing automation solutions provider, have sold the company to The Riverside Company for an undisclosed consideration.
Centiv’s solutions enable many of the largest global brands and distributed marketers to create highly customized and dynamic local advertising content via a SaaS platform.
The Riverside Company is a global private equity firm focused on acquiring growing enterprises valued at up to US$200 million. The firm partners with strong management teams and enhances its investments through acquisitions and organic growth. Since its founding in 1988, Riverside has invested in more than 260 transactions with a total enterprise value of more than US$5.8 billion.
One of Oaklins' teams in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to Centiv Services, LLC in this transaction.
