Worklife HR, a full-service human resources outsourcing company, has acquired The American Group for US$2 million.
The American Group, based in Ohio, provides payroll, insurance and human resource administration services to small business clients primarily in Ohio and Georgia.
Worklife HR is a privately-owned, mid-sized and rapidly growing full-service human resource outsourcing company expanding across the United States. This acquisition will expand the company's geographic presence to the state of Ohio and add to its existing customer base in Georgia.
