3D Plus SA has been acquired by HEICO Corporation
The shareholders of 3D Plus SA have sold the company to US-based HEICO Corporation for US$81 million.
Headquartered in Bruc, France, 3D Plus SA designs and manufactures miniaturized 3D modules for active, passive, opto-electronics, and MEMS/MOEMS components packaging in Europe. The company will operate as a subsidiary of HEICO Electronic Technologies Corporation.
HEICO Corporation, through its subsidiaries, engages in the design, manufacture, and sale of aerospace, defense, and electronic related products and services in the USA and internationally.
