US-based Eastman Kodak Co., the global leader in imaging technology, has sold its subsidiary Eastman Gelatine to Rousselot, a division of VION Food Group. Financial details of this transaction have not been disclosed.
Eastman Gelatine manufactures gelatin for the photographic, pharmaceuticals, edible protein and food/confectionery markets.
Based in the Netherlands, Rousselot is a leading global manufacturer of gelatin and collagen peptides.
