December 2012 — The private shareholders of Industrial Concepts, Inc. have sold the company to Palm Ventures/Heartland Steep Products, Inc. for US$6.1 million.
Industrial Concepts, Inc. is a leading integrator of robotics, fixtures and material handling systems for automotive assembly and other factory settings, including automatically guided vehicles (AGVs).
Palm Ventures/Heartland Steep Products, Inc. is a prominent family office investor that has made significant investments in USA manufacturing, education, healthcare, and oil and gas service companies.
