McCarthy Capital has sold MarketSphere Oracle Solutions to Grant Thornton LLP for an undisclosed consideration.
MarketSphere, a McCarthy Capital portfolio company, is a leading Oracle Platinum Partner providing advisory and technology services to companies.
The acquisition expands Grant Thornton's technology solutions practice, which is part of the firm's business advisory services platform. The addition of MarketSphere’s Oracle Solutions business adds more than 160 expert technical and functional consultants to Grant Thornton’s Advisory Services platform.
McCarthy Capital is an Omaha-based private equity firm focused exclusively on lower middle-market companies with less than US$250 million of revenues. For 30 years, the McCarthy organization has been partnering with founders, families and exceptional management teams to support the growth of their companies.
