Bautenschutz Nord, Possekel Fas. has been acquired by HPM
Hydraulik Nord GmbH and its management have sold 100% of their shares in Bautenschutz Nord GmbH & Co. KG and Possekel Fassadenschutz GmbH & Co. KG, both reconstruction services companies, to HPM, a private investment group. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Bautenschutz Nord GmbH & Co. KG and Possekel Fassadenschutz GmbH & Co. KG are reconstruction services companies in northern Germany.
HPM includes a painting and floor laying company, electrical and window manufacturers, paint and furniture workshops, architects, and energy consultants.
The Hydraulik Nord group is a medium-sized holding company which operates in the key sectors of mechanical engineering, electronic manufacturing services and industrial services.
