Miner Holding Company, Inc. (Miner) has sold 80% of its share capital to CI Capital Partners LLC and its portfolio company, Total Fleet Solutions (TFS), for an undisclosed consideration.
Miner Holding Company, Inc., through its subsidiaries, provides dock, door, warehouse and materials handling equipment, and facilities maintenance services. The company was founded in 2005 and is based in New Braunfels, Texas. The combined Miner/TFS platform is the market’s leading, brand independent provider of maintenance services and life ycle management solutions across a broad range of critical warehouse and storefront assets.
CI Capital Partners LLC is a private equity firm, specializing in leveraged buyouts, buy and build, acquisitions, and consolidations of middle-market companies. The company was founded in 1993 and is based in New York.
