Wright Trucking, Inc. has been acquired by Hastings Equity Partners, LLC

Hastings Equity Partners, LLC, a private equity firm headquartered near Boston, has acquired 80% of Wright Trucking, Inc. from its private shareholders for US$11 million.

Wright Trucking Inc. is an energy services firm that transports and disposes of produced water from oil and gas production activities. The company also rents frac-tanks and operates disposal wells in the Panhandle of Texas.

Oaklins' team in Dallas advised the seller in this transaction, performing a limited buyer search and helping in negotiating the terms of the deal and moving it forward to closing.
