Lenmed Health Management Pty Ltd has acquired Daxina Medical Center (DMC)
Lenmed Health Pty Ltd, through its subsidiary Lenmed Health Management Pty Ltd. (Lenmed Health), has acquired the business assets of Daxina Medical Center (DMC), comprising the hospital land and buildings and all other assets and operations of the hospital, including the pharmacy assets and operations located on the land from which DMC conducts its hospital activities, for US$5.5 million.
Lenmed Health is an established hospital group in South Africa, operating multi-specialty hospital facilities in South Africa, Mozambique and Botswana, managing more than 1,300 beds.
DMC is a 100% private hospital located south of Johannesburg to serve the communities of Lenasia South, Orange Farm, Ennerdale, Evaton, Sebokeng and Vereeniging.
