Wingate Partners, LLP has sold NPG, Inc. to RockTenn Company for an undisclosed consideration.
NPG provides solutions that enable the world’s largest retailers and brands to design, create and distribute dynamic in-store and out-of-home promotional and advertising materials. The company’s end-to-end solution provides creative, design, printing and finishing solutions for display materials, backed by an industry-leading SaaS platform.
RockTenn Company is a leader in the paper, packaging and displays market. This acquisition will substantially increase RockTenn’s retail displays business and will enable them to leverage NPG’s technology across its platform.
Wingate Partners, LLP is a private equity firm specializing in mid-market buyouts, recapitalizations, add-on acquisitions, industry consolidation, under-performing companies, and industries in transition.
