Sam Holloway

Associate Director

Sam is an associate director at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips in New York. As a member of the transaction support team, he assists ongoing transactions through market research, buyer list origination, valuations, pitch design and the completion of client documentation. With experience in both sell-side and buy-side activities across a range of industry sectors, Sam notably assisted Hay House Publishing in their recent sale to Penguin Random House. He also has experience in financial due diligence engagements.

Prior to joining Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips, Sam worked in the corporate finance team at Pitcher Partners, a professional services firm based in Melbourne, Australia. Previously, he spent five years at PwC Australia in the mergers & acquisitions and global tax consulting divisions. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a qualified chartered accountant.
