Kevin is a principal at Oaklins Heritage in Savannah, where he advises business owners and executive leadership teams on mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and ownership transitions. He brings extensive expertise in transaction structuring, valuation and negotiation, helping clients maximize value and achieve successful outcomes. Kevin works across a range of industries, including lower middle-market businesses, financial services and technology, and has advised clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as on strategic growth initiatives. In recent years, he has led key engagements involving M&A advisory for lower middle-market companies, IPO readiness projects and complex financial structuring for privately held firms, providing actionable insights and support throughout the deal process.

Prior to joining Oaklins Heritage, Kevin held leadership roles at multiple Fortune 500 organizations and top-tier public accounting firms. He served as transaction advisor at Indiana Business Advisors, providing buy- and sell-side M&A services, and as principal at Burgundy Financial, where he delivered financial consulting and alternative investment structuring for lower middle-market clients. He also held positions in financial control, deal structuring and consulting at Northern Trust, AmTrust Financial and EisnerAmper, gaining hands-on experience in audits, fund administration, investment analysis and risk management. Kevin earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University, has a certified public accountant (CPA) license in Florida, a real estate broker license in Indiana and holds FINRA Series 63 and SIE registrations.
