Tempos Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, an Austrian real estate investment company, has acquired Wiener Traktorenfabrik from S-Invest Beteiligungsgesellschaft GmbH. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Wiener Traktorenfabrik is an old tractor factory plot in Vienna.
