Grupo Agris has acquired Sanipina

With the acquisition of Sanipina, Grupo Agris expands its geographical footprint and consolidates its presence in the region of Algarve in Portugal.

Grupo Agris is a Portuguese family-owned group which operates in the agriculture sector, in areas such as specialized retail and wholesale, and food distribution.

Sanipina operates in the distribution and retail of products for agriculture, farming and gardening. It has three shops and distributes its products across the Algarve region.

Oaklins’ team in Portugal advised Grupo Agris on the acquisition process.

A share exchange agreement for making NARUMIYA a wholly owned subsidiary of World has been executed

World Co., Ltd. and NARUMIYA INTERNATIONAL Co., Ltd. have entered into a definitive share exchange agreement, under which World will acquire all outstanding shares of NARUMIYA and make it a wholly owned subsidiary. The share exchange is scheduled to take effect on 1 October 2025. Under the terms of the agreement, NARUMIYA shareholders will receive 0.58 shares of World stock for each Narumiya share they hold.
