Rosie Pennell

Senior Associate

Rosie is a senior associate in the debt advisory team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. She structures, sources and executes debt financing transactions for private and public companies. She has recently supported MML Capital Partners, Manolete Partners and EC Electronics in raising new debt facilities.

Rosie joined the firm in 2022 from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Wholesale Investigations Department, where she spent three years specializing in financial analysis. Prior to this, Rosie spent three and a half years at EY working in the fraud investigation and disputes team, and across several audits of FTSE 100 and 250 companies. She graduated from Leeds University in 2012 with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2018.
