Charles Wickström

Associate Director

Charles is an associate director and project leader at Oaklins Sweden focusing on the TMT sector, with a particular emphasis on IT services. Notable transactions he has advised on include the sell-side mandate for Priveq in the divestment of Omegapoint to FSN Capital as well as buy-side advisory for Verdane Partners on its acquisition of Voyado. Most recently, Charles advised the founders of Middlecon, a leading big data and AI specialist, on their divestment to Nion, a PE-backed IT services firm.

Before joining Oaklins in 2023, Charles spent three years at Deloitte and BDO, leading financial due diligence projects for private equity firms and international strategic clients. He has a BSc in Finance from Lund University and the University of Sydney Business School.
