Scott Miller

Associate

Scott is an associate in the M&A team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked on a range of sell-side and buy-side mandates across numerous sectors, but has typically focused on healthcare and business services. Recent acquisitions he has advised on include Mo by UKG, Zest Technology Ltd by Epassi Group and Micro Nav/Global ATS by Indra Sistemas S.A.

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Scott was part of the Deloitte M&A team based in Edinburgh, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. In the M&A team, he was involved in fundraising, buy-side and sell-side transactions across a range of sectors, including business services, healthcare and TMT. Scott graduated from the University of Warwick in 2020 with a BSc in Mathematics and Economics.
