David Fitzgerald

Senior Associate

David is a senior associate in the debt advisory team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He structures, sources and executes debt financing transactions for private and public companies. Recent notable debt transactions he has advised on include those for MML Capital Partners and Manolete Partners plc.

David joined the firm in 2024, bringing with him several years of experience working in the debt and capital advisory team at Deloitte in Dublin. Prior to this, he spent three years working on the Deloitte restructuring team. David graduated with a BSc in Finance from University College Cork in 2018 and is a qualified chartered accountant, having completed his ACA qualification in 2022.
