Haring Group Bauträger GmbH has acquired Tempos FLORIDOS 9 Projektentwicklungs GmbH from MJO Vermögensverwaltung GmbH for US$3.8 million.

Tempos FLORIDOS 9 is the owner of a residential real estate project in the 21st district in Viena, commonly known as “Kadlez-Stub’n”.

The Haring Group is an integrated residential real estate development group headquartered in Vienna. The company is engaged in the acquisition of property, organization of the construction works and supervision and finalization of projects.

MJO Vermögensverwaltung GmbH is an Austrian investment vehicle.
