Product Club has been acquired by Burmax Company, Inc.

March 2016 — Eric Polesuk, President and Founder of Product Club, a leading provider of color accessories to the professional beauty industry, has sold the company to Burmax Company Inc., a leading provider of sundries to beauty schools and beauty supply stores since 1948. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Founded in 1991, Product Club has transformed from a glove and foil company to a sought-after color accessories brand known for its cutting edge, high-quality products and top notch education. Under Burmax ownership, Product Club will continue to expand its brand, product portfolio and educational offerings to its customer base and will gain direct access to the stylists and colorists of tomorrow through Burmax’s school network.

Burmax Company manufactures, imports, and distributes professional beauty and spa supplies. It offers apparel, including aprons, capes, disposables, headwear, spa products, uniforms, and vests and jackets; barber apparel, capes, neck dusters, shaving supplies, and accessories; and cosmetic products, such as body arts, applicators, lashes, make-up products and removers, sharpeners, wavers, and accessories. The company also provides educational DVDs and textbooks, electrical products, manicure and pedicure products, manikins, mirrors, rods and rollers, salon accessories, spa and skin care products, and waxing supplies. It offers its products for wholesale beauty supply distributors and beauty schools through dealers in the US. Burmax Company was founded in 1948 and is based in Holtsville, New York, with sales representatives in Sunrise, Florida, Carmel, Indiana, and Bellmore, New York.
