Tropical Innovation has acquired Nature at Work
The shareholders of Tropical Innovation Limited have sold the company to Nature at Work Limited.
Urban Planters designs, sources, installs and maintains indoor and outdoor plants and other plant-related products for blue-chip customers nationwide. Additionally, it offers full landscape and ground maintenance services, enabling it to provide the ‘full horticultural solution’. Tropical Innovation operates as a franchise of Urban Planters in the south east of England.
Nature at Work is a provider of plant rental services in the south east of England. The company provides site surveys, design proposals, installation and maintenance services to commercial customers enabling them to provide greener, healthier workplaces.
Oaklins Evelyn Partners, based in the UK, worked with the shareholders of Tropical Innovation Limited on the strategic acquisition of Nature at Work Limited.
