REV Real Estate a acquis une partie d’un portefeuille immobilier au Québec.
REV est un leader de la construction résidentielle et de la rénovation au Québec, Canada. Historiquement, la société avait des périodes de détention très courtes pour ses actifs. Toutefois, la dynamique locale du marché immobilier a beaucoup évolué ces derniers mois, et REV a levé des capitaux supplémentaires pour adapter sa stratégie. L’entreprise prévoit désormais de continuer à acquérir des portefeuilles ou des actifs immobiliers au cours de l’année à venir, avec une intention de les conserver sur une période de détention plus longue.
L’équipe d’Oaklins au Canada a assisté les dirigeants de REV dans la structuration et la réalisation de la transaction. Elle a également participé à la levée des fonds propres nécessaires à cette opération.
