Berge-Levraut a cédé SOFE à SIGMA_RH
Berger-Levrault a cédé sa division SOFE, spécialisée dans les logiciels et services de gestion en RH, de paie et de gestion financière, à SIGMA-RH, un fournisseur de solutions informatiques RH de premier plan basé à Montréal.
SOFE propose une suite de logiciels de gestion (ERP) destinée aux organisations de taille moyenne à grande. Ces solutions intégrées et modulaires incluent des logiciels de gestion en RH, Paie et Finance. Établie en 2002, SOFE est basée à Québec, Canada.
Fondée en 1992, SIGMA-RH développe des logiciels de gestion en RH et des systèmes d’information RH (SIRH), ainsi qu’une suite dédiée à la santé et à la sécurité au travail. L’entreprise dispose d’une filiale en France depuis 2004. Déployée dans plus de 20 pays, sa solution modulaire simplifie la gestion des processus RH. La solution SIGMA-RH est reconnue pour sa flexibilité, sa polyvalence et son innovation, ainsi que pour ses outils performants de géolocalisation et d’analyse des données.
Berger-Levrault est un éditeur international de logiciels basé en France, proposant des solutions et services spécialisés pour les collectivités locales et administrations, les établissements de santé, les industries et les institutions éducatives. Le groupe sert plus de 40 000 clients répartis sur cinq continents.
